Pivot Manufacturing turns parts from aluminum, steel and some exotic alloys.
Similar to milling, our product mix is low to medium volume and we can turn parts from as small as .062” to as large as 20” in diameter with tolerances as low as +/- .0002 on small parts.
We have a live center to turn longer parts and a bar feeder to reduce cycle time and allow for lights-out manufacturing on higher volume orders.
