History
Pivot began operations in 2000 machining simple component parts. Since then, we have honed our skills, upgraded our equipment, and improved our quality so that we could expand our capabilities and capacity over the last several years. By completing more complex work, Pivot has broadened its abilities and now includes assembly work of mechanical and electro-mechanical components as well as managing bills of materials.

Service
Based on our customer’s feedback, Pivot Manufacturing provides a high level of service and is committed to helping them achieve their goals. This commitment is evident in the quality of our parts and on-time delivery as well as our close working relationships with our customers.
On a recent customer survey done by Pivot seeking feedback on issues ranging from Price, Quality, Ease of Communication, Responsiveness and 6 other issues, Pivot received an average rating of 8.8 from the existing customer base on a 1 to 10 scale. While this rating is commendable, we are utilizing the feedback to implement changes that will allow us to move even higher on the performance scale.
