Based on our customer’s feedback, Pivot Manufacturing provides a high level of service and is committed to helping them achieve their goals.  This commitment is evident in the quality of our parts and on-time delivery as well as our close working relationships with our customers.

On a recent customer survey done by Pivot seeking feedback on issues ranging from Price, Quality, Ease of Communication, Responsiveness and 6 other issues, Pivot received an average rating of 8.8 from the existing customer base on a 1 to 10 scale. While this rating is commendable, we are utilizing the feedback to implement changes that will allow us to move even higher on the performance scale.

Pivot is currently participating in a Department of Defense Mentor Protégé program with General Dynamics C4 Systems. An integral part of the program is continuing to develop and grow the kitting, assembly, and electronic component distribution side of the business through our association with a large component distributor.    

Within our philosophy of growth, we work very closely with our customers to ensure we will be able to meet their current and future needs. Capital investment in new equipment is part of our expansion plan and we welcome collaborative discussions on what projects we can participate in to best meet our customer’s needs.
